No. The main focus of this support group is on live, interactive coaching during our weekly Zoom calls. While you won’t have direct access to Shannon between sessions, rest assured that each call will be jam-packed with valuable insights and actionable steps that you can immediately put into practice. You’ll leave every session feeling empowered and ready to take on the next week with confidence!

No. We keep the experience simple and focused—there is no group chat for ongoing support. However, if you connect with other members and want to exchange contact info, feel free to do so! No constant notifications or overwhelming group messages here—just meaningful weekly sessions.

As a Registered Dietitian, my mission is to help women understand how to eat nutrient-rich foods that fuel our bodies effectively. My goal is to empower you to look and feel healthy and confident—both mentally, in your relationship with food, and physically, in your body.
I’m uniquely equipped to guide you on your nutrition journey because I’ve walked that path myself. I’ve faced years of personal challenges, including navigating fat loss, muscle gain, orthorexia, binge eating, and fueling for athletic performance. I once struggled with constant food noise and body dissatisfaction, but everything changed when I learned how to properly fuel my body and mind for strength and health.
In my private practice, I specialize in helping women strike a healthy balance between their relationship with food and their body goals. Whether you want to lose body fat, build muscle, or maintain a positive mindset around eating, I focus on guiding my clients to nourish themselves with whole foods and build sustainable, health-promoting habits that last.
