Shannon’s shining stars:

Her best of the besT

As a dietitian, I strive to share the best of the best foods, snacks, supplements, and health-supporting products with you! I am always looking for extremely nutrient-dense foods and I am passing on these fantastic finds to you. I hunt for options that deliver the optimal ratio of proteins, fats, and carbs, plus all the vitamins and minerals we need too. The goal is eat as many whole, minimally processed foods as possible, aiming for foods which contain zero (or minimal) added sugar, artificial sweeteners or inflammatory oils.

rise Protein Bars

This is the cleanest protein bar I have ever found. While the calories are slightly higher than I wish they were, you still get 20g of whey protein.

A delicious snack and packed with protein, having 32g per serving. It does contain HIGH SODIUM, which is fantastic for replenishing electrolytes after excessive sweating.

That’s It Fruit Bars

Fantastic snack for anyone seeking simplicity and flavor. These bars offer a pure, natural sweetness with a satisfying chew.
