My name is Shannon Cook MS, RD, LD and I am uniquely qualified to support you through your nutrition journey because I have been in your shoes. After overcoming personal struggles with fueling for athletic performance (including fat loss and muscle gain), orthorexia, and binge eating, I earned my Masters in Human Nutrition and became a Board Certified Registered Dietitian so I can help other women just like you!

Together, we will identify any damaging habits, create a plan for more optimal routines, and set weekly self-improvement goals. With my support and accountability, you will learn how to fuel your body for optimal health, composition, and radiance!

Are you struggling with improving your nutritional intake for the body you want while maintaining a healthy relationship with food? Are you overwhelmed with nutrition questions, bad body image, or all-consuming thoughts about food?

I teach my clients how to eat for their goals by covering topics like: balanced nutrition, grocery shopping, meal planning, eating at restaurants/during the holidays, fueling for workouts/athletic performance, supplements, relationship to food and body, hunger and fullness cues, hydration, sleep, creating healthy routines, etc. To achieve the best results possible, you will learn the skill of how to properly pair your macros to feel amazing while staying in your optimal calorie range which I will calculate for you.
